Just A Little Change

I've decided to change my designing name - and with it - my blog site, logo & colors!

No big deal, just trying to get a little more serious about some of the stuff I'm doing and decided a new name was a good idea.

Welcome to Diana's Delightful Design!

Some digi-scrap designing will be happening, along with other digital design type stuff. Who knows what all will appear under this name. I just needed something that would incorporate everything I want to experiment with, at least for now.

Back at this Digi-Scrap Thing!

It's been about 2.5 years since I've done any digi-scrapping. That's a long time. I miss it, but I was really burned out on it and had many other things happening. I still have a lot happening, but I need the easy creative outlet that digi-scrapping provides.

I don't know how often or how much I'll be scrapping, but I will be doing some of it. I also plan on playing around with designing again. There is much I've forgotten and will need to re-teach myself. It'll be a slow process, I'm sure.

Here are the first couple pages I did for challenges over at Scraps-N-Pieces.

Addicted to Books!

I did it! I completed the Designer Mentor Challenge over at SNP! I learned a ton and created this awesome full sized kit to share with you all! I've got to give lots of props to my awesome mentor, Kimberly from Leaving a Legacy Designs. I've been working on her CT for a couple years so I knew it was going to be awesome having her as my mentor for designing!

Addicted to Books has 20 papers, 38 elements, two full alphas, four word art, two quick pages and two templates!

You can pick this up for FREE over in the SNP gallery! You will need to register as a user to access, but that's free and it's a great community over there so you want to be there anyways!

I also created another little freebie to go along with it available on my FB page! Just give me a like to download!

July Blog Train ~ Gift of Gab

It's summer!! We've had a busy time already with camping trips and park dates. My boy will be leaving in just a few days to spend 11 days with his grandma and grandpa in another state. Then he's home for 3 days before we leave for church camp for another 4. Summer is always so busy!!

This month's blog train colors are so bright and fun!! They immediately made me think of being a tween/teen girl! Is there anything that girls like to do more than talk with one another? I remember spending long summer days just chatting it up with my friends.

So this month I've done a mini called Gift of Gab that reminds me of those teenage summer memories! Just click on the image below!

Here is the list of blog train stops! Don't forget to leave some love!

Wacky Wednesday ~ Maple Fonts

Wednesdays are a good 'anything goes' day. I'm going to try and make it a day I share the random awesomeness I come across - fonts, tutorials, inspiration. We'll call it Wacky Wednesday, just because.

Today's choice is a set of fonts. The Maple Fonts set! This doesn't come from your typical font site, it comes from Teachers Pay Teachers and is created by Robyn Hyndman, a Canadian teacher!

This font is free on the TPT site at the time of this writing and is CU OK {link back required}.

These fonts are super fun to use in a variety of ways! Whether you use it in journaling or on a title, you need this set of fonts in your collection!

Here is a LO I made for a couple challenges (at Scraps N Pieces & GingerScraps) - I used Maple Bacon and Maple Keys for this one.
